Considered by most to be the last of the collectible Model 29's before the major changes, it consisted of the pinned barrel and recessed chambers that were discontinued on the 29-3 to save on machining costs. The gun made famous in the "Dirty Harry" series was built on the N target square butt frame with three screw, six shot, fluted cylinder, double action, solid rib, red ramp front sight, target adjustable rear sight. Revolver is in the desirable high polish factory nickel with case colored target trigger and hammer and sports the finger groove micarta ivory type grips. CONDITION: Revolver looks to have been fired one with a light drag line. Typical handling marks. Near new inside and out.
