The Model 27 a continuation of the old Registered Magnums and were considered the Cadillac of the Smith & Wesson line. Most collectors consider the 27-2 the last of the collectible models, as it still retained the pinned barrel and recessed cylinder chambers. Other features include full rib, Patridge front sight, adjustable rear sight, six shot, fluted cylinder, blued finish, case colored target hammer and trigger, and gold medallion walnut grips. CONDITION: Revolver has a light drag line, very little sign of cylinder burn and a few scattered handling marks; otherwise 99% near new inside and out. Comes with the old mahogany case that the felt is disintegrating into blue dust and would recommend resurfacing before using. Fine revolver.
