Made in 1961. Late standard weight Model 70 Winchester with hooded ramp front sight and rear flip down sight. Blued barrel and trigger guard and matted finish action. Walnut checkered Monte Carlo pistol grip stock with reproduction vented added recoil pad. Correct sling swivels. CONDITION: Barrel retains 80% blue with excellent bore. 80% remaining action finish with marks from scope installation. Bolt handle worn to a silvery patina. 80% floorplate blue remaining worn on the corners. Stock has 80% original finish with sharp checkering and light handling marks. Stock has been cut for pad and pad is a reproduction. Mechanically sound and functions fine.
