Made in 1891. Winchester 3rd Model 1873 lever action rifle with octagon barrel and full magazine. Blade front sight with elevated rear sight. Blued action with serrated dust cover. Brass elevator with caliber marking. Walnut plain wood stock with crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Barrel has worn to a silvery patina with visible address and caliber marking. Bore is shootable. Action has worn to a silvery patina with fading blue remaining in protected areas. Wood has traces of original varnish with usage scratches and dings. Mechanically sound and functions fine.
