Lot features an 03-A3 Springfield bolt action rifle made by Smith-Corona with a barrel marked "SC" and dated 6-43. Parkerized bolt with "R" stampings indicating Remington manufacture. Smith-Corona stamped trigger guard. Wood full military stock with 1/2" "P" in circle proof with remnants of inspectors marks on the left side. Smooth trapdoor buttplate and original 03-A3 sights. CONDITION: Barrel retains 80% parkerized finish with a shootable bore. TE reading: 2. ME reading: 2. Action and bolt retain 80% parkerized finish. Action has electro-penciled numbers that looks like somebody's social security number. Stock is oil soaked with heavy usage marks. Mechanically sound and functions fine.
