World War II German issue P.38 pistol by Mauser. byf 44 code with toe piece dark brown Bakelite grips. "WaA135" inspected magazine, Eagle 359 inspected grips. Matching numbers observed on frame, barrel, slide and locking toggle. Appears to be a Russian redip or refinished gun as trigger return spring and firing pin safety are blue finish. CONDITION: Very good as refinished. Most all reapplied finish remains with no losses. Grips are excellent. Bore is lightly pitted towards muzzle with very strong rifling. Action operates properly
