One line New York Colt 1849 Pocket revolver with the desirable 5" barrel. CONDITION: Barrel has strong traces of blue. Markings are excellent. The frame with very faint traced of case hardening. The cylinder scene is strong and cylinder has three intact pin safeties. Revolver has all matching numbers including wedge. Backstrap and trigger guard with uncleaned patinated brass, no silver remaining. Original walnut grips are excellent with most of their original factory varnish and only minor marks. Action is crisp. Loading lever is not numbered, normal in these post-Civil War pockets. Bore is good but with considerable pitting.
