The Turnbull Custom Shop turned out this museum quality .50 caliber short rifle starting with an 1886 action and went full throttle with a new full octagon barrel, full magazine, sporting sights, takedown, deluxe highly finish hand checkered pistil grip walnut stock with crotch grain and a solid rubber recoil pad. CONDITION: The case colors on frame, takedown lever, hammer and forend cap are spectacular. Has a blued loading gate and bolt. Bore is near mint. Fine action. Gun is basically near new inside and out as custom built and has the added feature of having serial number 1886 that matches the model. Simply spectacular one of a kind Big .50 takedown short rifle.
