Scarce 5" round barrel with rib and lanyard swivel. Nickel finish with ivory two piece grips. Spur trigger with fluted five shot cylinder chambered for the .38 S&W cartridge. Manufactured from 1877 to 1891. Pinned round blade front sight and fixed rear sight integral with barrel latch. CONDITION: Good with over 90% factory applied nickel finish with slight flecking and finish losses at muzzle and cylinder high points. Bore is slightly dark with light areas of pitting evident at breech. Action is crisp and operates properly. Grips are very good with attractive aging and are full sized with minor chip at top of right side. Matching numbers found on frame, cylinder, barrel and latch.
