Lot consists of: Gun (A) Smith & Wesson Model 38 Airweight with shrouded hammer 2" barrel and alloy frame. Two piece factory checkered medallion grips with Tyler T-Grip adapter. CONDITION: Good as used with minor scuffing on cylinder. Grips have finish loss but are full sized and serviceable. Several scratches on back strap of grip. Bore is excellent and action operates properly. Gun (B) Smith & Wesson Model 40 Centennial. Internal hammer, 2" barrel, J frame with grip safety. These are a scarce revolvers and are of great quality. Blue finish with correct smooth medallion grips. CONDITION: Very fine with little evidence of use. Over 97% blue finish remains with properly functioning action and excellent bore. Grips finish is failing due to storage in high heat. Otherwise fine.
