This is a Series II with vignettes of military and naval scenes. Patent 1859. Features five shot, percussion, ten stop. Sharp manufacturer legend on top of barrel. You will find full or partial matching serial numbers on frame, barrel, trigger guard, backstrap, cylinder pin, cylinder and wedge. CONDITION: While it is basically devoid of any original finish, the gun is clean and sharp with visible cylinder scene. 50% silver plating on straps. Excellent one piece varnished walnut grips. Indexes and locks up tight as new. Fine bore and action. Sharp, clean example.
