This is an early high polish Smith & Wesson Model 19-2 manufactured from 1963 to 1966. Features target adjustable rear sight, six shot, fluted cylinder, pinned barrel, recessed chambers, blued finish, case colored hammer and trigger, and early diamond checkered silver medallion walnut grips. Trigger shoe has been added. CONDITION: Gun shows wear along sides of barrel from muzzle and numerous scratches and wear to cylinder. Brilliant case colors on hammer and trigger. Grips have a few minor chips at toe, otherwise excellent. Fine bore and action. All original and early gun.
