Offered is a very fine condition, all original 1st Generation Colt that features blue and case colored finish, black monogram composite grips. Right grip has matching number scratched inside. CONDITION: All legends are razor sharp. Front sight has not been filed down. Barrel and ejector rod housing retain approximately 90% original factory blue, just thinning on high spots and muzzle. Cylinder retains approximately 80% original blue with light wear to all high edges and drag line. Left side of frame colors have basically patterned out with the exception of the brilliant colors surrounding base pin release. Brilliant case colors in sighting groove. Approximately 40% case colors on right side, especially brilliant in the recesses. Generous colors on hammer. Blue has worn off straps, balance of trigger guard is blue-brown patina. Still has the majority of nitre blue on screws. Grips are near mint. Fine bore and action. Nice, clean, all original 1st Generation.
