Lot consists of: Gun (A) Plant "Army". CONDITION: Barrel retains traces of original blue with sharp "MERWIN & BRAY" markings, no appreciable wear or pitting. Cylinder is mostly smooth brown with traces of original blue and sharp markings. The brass frame has only faint traces of silver remaining and some battering to sideplate. Action is crisp. Bore is good. Grips are missing. GUN (B) Moore teat fire CONDITION: Barrel finished in blue and fading to brown. Cylinder is blue mixing with brown. Action is excellent. Engraved frame shows considerable original silver with sharp engraving. Bore is very good. Rosewood grips have much original varnish with some wear at high points. An above example of a Moore teat fire.
