Lot consists of: Gun (A) Stamped "The American Double Action" in .44 Bulldog caliber with five shot, double action, factory nickel and hard rubber monogrammed grips. This is the first long barrel we have ever seen. CONDITION: Still retains 85-90% original factory nickel with some minor freckling on cylinder and left side of frame. Indexes perfectly. Strong, rifled bore. Gun (B) Long barrel Iver Johnson top break, five shot with factory nickel and owl head grips. CONDITION: 97%, does not appear to have been fired. Just some minor edge flaking on cylinder. Fine bore and action. Gun (C) Rare high polish factory blue Hopkins & Allen Safety Police top break, five shot. CONDITION: Retains 97% factory high polish blue with the exception of the straps, which are silvering. Nice case colors on hammer. Fine action. Gun (D) US Firearms five shot with rare factory blue finish and monogrammed rubber grips. CONDITION: Solid, 97-98% gun never seen in blue finish. Action functions correctly. Gun (E) Short barrel version of the American Double Action in .44 Bulldog with factory nickel finish and monogrammed rubber grips. CONDITION: Solid 90% gun with some age freckling. The long and short barrel version make an interesting set for the Bulldog collector.
