M1 Carbine made between July 1943 and March 1944 by Underwood. Barrel marked Underwood and dated 10-43 with flaming bomb cartouche. Correct marked trigger group and guard. Correct flat bolt with "U" stamp. "U" marked slide well and "UI" marked front sight and "S" marked rear flip sight. Wood butt stock with Trimble marked sling well and ordnance crossed cannons cartouche. "MU" marked handguard with two rivets. Comes with 1944 dated green woven sling and unmarked oiler. CONDITION: Overall good condition with good arsenal finish and good bore. ME reading: 2. Mechanically sound. Missing clip.
