Lot consists of: Gun (A) Royal Ordnance Factory at Maltby, UK manufactured Enfield No. 4 Mk I clip fed bolt action rifle dated 1941. British broad arrow proof and "England" stamping on dark finish action. Fixed front sight with distance adjustable rear sight. Full wood military stock with trapdoor pewter buttplate and four groove top handguard. Comes with matching clip. CONDITION: Overall good with a shootable bore. Wood has added finish with repair at top of butt. Good mechanics and functions fine. Gun (B) SMLE Mk III Enfield bolt action clip fed rifle made into a "dummy" gun. Bore has been welded shut . Imported by C.A.I. ST. Albe, Vermont. Blued metal parts with full military configuration. Comes with "dummy" clip. CONDITION: Overall poor condition with heavy usage marks. Excellent display piece.
