Made in 1957, this is a standard configuration Model 62A in .22 SL&LR caliber. It has a 24" round barrel with 2/3 length magazine. Lined forearm, uncheckered buttstock which terminates in a Winchester brand hard rubber buttplate. Serial number on bottom of frame and trigger guard. CONDITION: Excellent as field used. Barrel retains about 95% original blue. Action with some very minor spotting retains more than 90% original blue. Stocks are mostly crisp and retain most of their original finish with some minor marks and scratches. Mechanics are fine. Bore is good, bright with strong rifling. JSL
