Model 1849 Pocket with 4" barrel with two line Hartford address. Caliber .31 with five shot cylinder. Manufactured in 1861 and has all numbers matching. One piece walnut stocks with light varnish. Stage coach robbery cylinder scene. Blue and case color finishes with silver plated trigger guard and back strap. CONDITION: Good, with over 40% case colors on frame and 70% silver on trigger guard and backstrap. Cylinder scene is sharp and fully legible. Barrel has turned a mottled patina. Cylinder pins are battered. Bore is excellent being bright with sharp gain twist rifling. Nipples are all intact. Action functions properly other than safety position on hammer fails to engage. Grips retain generous amount of original varnish
