A late L.C. Smith with raised rib and "FWS" serial number prefix. This gun has a capped pistol grip buttstock checkered in two point pattern with lined buttplate. Checkered splinter forend. Barrels with raised matted rib and brass front bead. Double triggers, extractors, and auto-safety. Unengraved action with lockplates stamped "L.C. Smith" on sides. CONDITION: Excellent. Action retains about 85% original case colors. Barrels with thinning near breech ends retain about 70% original blue. Stocks with very good original finish show scattered handling marks. Bores are very good. Mechanics are fine.
