Features "1884 SWP" cartouche on left side of stock. Lockplate has eagle and "US" but no date. Rear sight is pinned. Fat receiver not flush. Two piece trigger guard. "VP" proof on left side of barrel. Walnut stocks with cartouche and script "P" on wrist. Buttplate is unit stamped D56. CONDITION: 98% bright factory blue. Bright blue on screws. 80% case colors on 1873 dated block. Near mint walnut stocks. Still has 80% bright blue on buttplate. Mirror bore. Exceptional example. Comes with an original single brass frog, two keepers leather sling with no visible makers stamp that is in excellent condition.
