Manufactured for the German Air Force by Krieghoff. This is a mid-range S chamber date code Krieghoff. Features include round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "H/(anchor)/K Suhl", correct "(eagle) 2" Waffenamts on right side of receiver. The S code was for the 1935 chamber date. All matching numbers gun except the magazine. Brown plastic Ritzman grips. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 80% of original applied factory blue finish with strawed small parts. Front and rear grip straps are thinning with high edge and holster wear. Magazine is a type two rolled blue magazine with an aluminum bottom numbered 1799w. Good bore with sharp lands and grooves. This gun is not listed in Gibson's book, so it is a newly discovered gun.
