Percussion Kentucky rifle with "Sowers & Smith" marked lock with double set triggers. Full curly maple stock with brass furniture and four piece "keyhole finial" patchbox. Octagon barrel with rifle sights. Original hardwood ramrod. CONDITION: Metal exhibits aged patina. Lock and triggers need work and are not functioning correctly. Wood has been cleaned with a crack repaired in the forestock. Bore is dirty but looks like with cleaning it would be shootable.
