Mostly likely of German manufacturer, circa 1880`s-1900, this toy features a parian headed boy seated upon a wheeled base. When the toy is pulled along, \the youth strikes the large bell in front of him. Completely original condition. A classic toy appealing to both toy and doll collectors.
