Offered is an extremely scarce, original, detachable shoulder stock that can be fitted to any Colt Model Dragoon. Matching serial number on buttplate and lower tang. Old "1888" museum tag on top of comb. CONDITION: Walnut stock has numerous typical bumps and bruises, but is not cracked. Metal appears to have had some finish wiped on at one time; that could easily be removed. Very rare attachment and quite desirable.
