Features full round barrel, full magazine, Winchester semi-buckhorn rear sight, front sight is missing the blade, tang sight, blue finish, case colored hammer, lever, and buttplate, rifle butt, walnut stocks. CONDITION: Barrel is a homogeneous untouched blue-brown patina with razor sharp legends, 75% original blue on dust cover, a strong 70% blue on both sides of frame, balance patina, with usual handling marks. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal, traces of case colors on hammer, lever is a dark brown mix with age spotting. Action is fine and bore with strong, well defined lands and grooves with a trifling bit of abrasion. A very handsome third model all original in a popular caliber with a good bore and lots of original finish.
