DST. An excellent example of this highly sought after sign. Side one shows excellent color and gloss, with only a couple of very minor surface scratches in the field, mostly in the outer field. Side one also shows very minor paper marks, but has outstanding color. Side two also shows excellent color and gloss, with four small areas of surface scratches in the field, and some light scratching along the outer edge. There is a minor crease at the top of the sign in the woman's hat, but does not affect the paint. The flange is also in excellent condition. Sign was most likely never hung. Sign is maker marked The Litho Etching Corp. NY.
