This is a standard, all original, mid-war, classic 03A3. Barrel is stamped "RA 11-43" with bomb. Has the proper "FJA" cartouche in rectangle on left side for Frank Atwood and also has the stamped crossed cannons. Wrist is stamped with block letter "P" in circle. Forward of the floorplate are several assembly inspection marks found on Remington and Smith-Corona rifles. CONDITION: Rifle retains approximately 90% of the arsenal blue-black military finish. TE reading: 3. ME reading: 1. This is an excellent example of a World War II battle rifle in excellent condition.
