The composition of this strength tester is tiger stripe oak, partnered with cast iron components, painted red. Patron’s insert a coin and pull down the leather punching bag attachment as far as it will go then “Deliver The Punch.” The dial will measure the strength of the punch from 0 to 1200 in pounds. Produced by Mills Novelty Co. in the early 1900’s. There is some age related wear throughout but overall, it is in superb condition.
