In 1901, Caille Bros. debuted The New Century Detroit upright slot machine and it did not disappoint. At the bottom of the stunning oak cabinet is a music box, the cylinder is played with the insertion of every coin, independent of the lever that spins the color wheel. The housing is comprised of beveled wood panels, fluted columns, and carved scrollwork. The claw leg castings, 6-way coin head and beautiful frame around the music box are cast iron in a copper flash finish with nice patina. A nice early machine with the correct music and original back door with rare locking t-handle. This machine is in working condition, playing and paying correctly.
Condition: (Excellent).
