Lot consists of: Gun (A) follows land service form but were likely purchased by a wealthy British officer. The bolted locks with double neck cock of land service type signed "Goff". Brass furniture of military type. Walnut full stocks, both initialed at rear of side plate "HB", possibly the owner. Locks appear to have all original small parts including topjaw and screw. Frizzens are original. Both pistols retain brass tipped ramrods, possibly original. Viewed and proof marks. 15 - 3/4" overall length. CONDITION: Walnut full stocks in good condition, showing minor marks from service. Brass barrels with moulding at breach. Bores good. A fine and showy pair of British military type pistols.
