Flintlock "Buck and Ball" signed "S. Pannabecker" of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Plain maple fullstock with incised floral carving behind the cheek. Brass hardware and flat barrel keyes. "H. Elwell Warranted" marked lock with single trigger control. CONDITION: Metal has nice aged patina. Lock is possible reconversion with replaced sideplate. Wood has nice aged finish with no visible repairs, small chip out of toe, and barrel key missing.
