Offered is a lovely commercial model in the popular .41 Colt caliber with the original Colt high polish blue finish and black composite grips with Colt pony and rosettes. This comes from a line of Colt's first swing-out cylinder revolvers. Features six shot, fluted cylinder, double action. Two line barrel address; last patent date March 5th, 1895. Colt pony in circle on left side. CONDITION: Barrel retains approximately 75-80% original blue, thinning on sides. Frame retains approximately 90% original high polish blue with high edge wear. 90% blue on cylinder with high edge wear. Straps are silvery metal. Still has generous amounts of nitre blue on screws, hammer, and trigger. Grips are near mint. Like new action. Strong bore. Comes in period holster in excellent condition.
