Standard Remington issue bolt action military rifle. On the left side you will see the "FJA" Frank Atwood stamp along with the Remington "RE" stamp. The stock also has the "OG" stamp for Ogden Arsenal which is a re-test mark in this case as all of the parts are original 03-A3. The P proof is stamped on wrist and several sub inspector marks at base. Barrel is stamped "RA 7-43" with flaming bomb. CONDITION: Almost new condition inside and out. ME reading: 1. TE reading: 1. The stock is near mint with just a few handling marks. Would be hard to find a nicer example of the World War II classic battle rifle.
