Lot consists of: (A) Large Civil War period cavalry bugle retaining yellow worsted wool cord and tassels. Excellent condition with only a smattering of tiny dents. (B) Pattern 1879 US issue Indian Wars period brass bugle with tightly wrapped red (artillery) worsted wool cord and tassels. Brass shows heavy patina and tarnishing overall but is very solid and scarce in any condition. (C) Indian War era brass bugle with silvered mouthpiece. (D) Spanish-American War era brass bugle. (E) Pair of matching rosewood Civil War period drumsticks. (F) A highly sought after original copy of "CUSTER'S LAST CHARGE" by E.T. Paull Music Co., New York. Features a color vignette of a mounted Lieut. Col Custer with pistol in hand making his last stand surrounded by heavily armed Indians. CONDITION: Very good overall.
