Features round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADEN", front toggle link marked "DWM" in scroll and is property numbered "1921" over the chamber. This is an all matching numbers gun except the hold open, it is number 14. This is a Weimar era Police gun and still retains the sear safely and most of the magazine safety. Gun is unit marked "S.D.I.448.R.", the "R" has been canceled out. "SCHUTZPOLIZEI DUSELDORFF weapon 448". CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 92% of the arsenal applied blue finish. Unnumbered checkered wood grips with sharp checkering and no chips or cracks. Comes with two matching magazines that have been re-stamped in the police style. First magazine is a nickel body with aluminum bottom. Second magazine is a Schmeisser Hanel and a starburst "K" proof on the spine. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. Comes in a World War II military holster that is dated 1939. Stitching is tight and serviceable holster has some crazing.
