The bronze figure depicting an Cicero in robes, half rising from his seat, pleading his turn to be heard, his right arm outstretched for emphasis. Signed "Alfano / Napoli" on the rear of chair seat cushion. The bronze titled on the front of platform, translating to "QUO USQUE TANDEM" (FOR HOW MUCH LONGER).
