Hamilton 36 size patrol boat watch. Lancaster Pennsylvania Two-day Marine Chronometer, white enamel Arabic numeral dial marked "Hamilton", up/down indicator, seconds dial, blued hands. Serial number 1260446, 21 jewels , the 2-3/4" case marked "Sterling". Housed in triple-tier mahogany case with inset plate reading " U.S.S.B. / SHIP WATCH No / 1260446 " with instructions. Circa 1918. One of 970 produced. Stemwine/Pin set. Housed in felt lined outer mahogany case with identical data plate. Box possibly reproduction. Chronograph is in excellent running condition.
