An unusual and undocumented piece is this early defensive grenade. Marked on the base in the previous owner’s handwriting is that the grenade was made in Bisbee, AZ for Mexican Revolutionary Forces (1910-20). It further states that the plant made 100 per day, and that the fuze on this grenade is not original. While no documentation is known for the identification of this grenade, it is noted that the previous owner lived less than 100 miles from Bisbee and may have had access to additional historical information not currently available.
