Lot consists of: (A) Developed during World War II as a combination offensive/defensive hand grenade, the T15 never saw service. This item is the magnesium body only, no fuze or fragmentation sleeve is provided. Once the grenade is filled a magnesium plug seals the grenade, this one has a hole in the side to demonstrate that it is inert. A hard to find US experimental, this body is in excellent shape. (B) This is another US Offensive grenade, the MKIIIA1, well-marked and dated March 1943. It is in exceptional condition for a World War II grenade made of cardboard. It is marked “KOP-20 March 1943” and has a reworked fuze with the black painted tip, the fuze is marked EK M10A3.
