Waffen SS officer flatwire "Deutschland" Regiment cuff title on a machine sewn black rayon backing. The regiment was known as "SS Panzergrennadier Regiment 3 Deutschland" of the "2nd SS Panzer Division". The flatwire border has six strands, though many of the strands are damaged, and some flattened. Latin style lettering with a rayon backing covering only the rear of the flatwire lettering. While the cuff title appears to not have been worn, decades of improper storage have not been so kind to it. Wire strands on the "D" and "l" are damaged. Seldom is such an uncommon cuff title available to collectors. CONDITION: Very good to excellent.
