Lot consists of: (A) C.T. Hofmann 16 Bore. Damascus barrels. Wedge fasted forend with rotary opener which is fancifully engraved. Back action locks are near full coverage engraved. Trigger guard bow is engraved, tang made of horn. Checkered buttstock with cheekpiece on right side terminates with unengraved full steel buttplate. Sling swivels. CONDITION: Good. Action is a bit loose. Traces of Damascus pattern remain. Stocks with minor chipping and handling marks throughout. Bores are pitted. (B) Gustav Fukert hammer shotgun in 14 bore. Made with etched Damascus barrels and makers name in gold on top rib. Gold barrel bands. Action is nicely scroll engraved with light game scenes. Trigger guard bow is lightly engraved, tang made of horn. Checkered buttstock with full steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good. Barrels with nice pattern remaining. Action has toned grey. Stock with repair under back action locks with brass straps. Bores with some scattered pitting. (C)16 Bore J.P. Sauer and Sohn back action hammer gun with Bernard Damascus barrels. Splinter forend with Deeley release. Back action locks are lightly scroll and floral engraved. Steel capped pistol grip cap. Buttstock with cheekpiece on left side and terminates with thin hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Good. Barrels retain about 85% original pattern. Bores are pitted. Checkering mostly smooth. No original color remains.
