(Circa 1924) Early Griffin & Howe styling and legendary high quality. Bull barrel mounted with scope blocks and banded-on front sight. Makers name and address on top. Speed lock 1903 action with profiled tang. Lyman 48, checkered bolt knob. Standard bottom metal. Trigger adjusted for crisp let off. Dark early style stock of European walnut with classic checkering and superb ovolo beaded cheekpiece, checkered steel trap buttplate. Target swell to forend. Horn tip. Fecker 20X scope in micrometer mounts. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine with only a few light marks in all original finishes. Bore is excellent. Scope is excellent. MGM24.
