Lot consists of: (A) Savage Model 99. Fine early post-war takedown lever action with round barrel, sporting sights, blue finish, case color lever, and walnut stocks with capped pistol grip and hand checkered. Metal buttplate has the Savage logo. Sling eyes are present. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% plus of the original factory blue finish that is dulling somewhat. The wood is excellent with just some minor handling marks. The lever retains approximately 75% original case color. Fine action and fine bore. Nice lightly used quality 1950's rifle. (B) Marlin Model 336. Standard rifle with full round barrel, full magazine, blue finish, plain walnut pistol grip stock, sporting sights, and gold trigger. CONDITION: Just some light handling marks, has seen little use.
