Measures 25 - 1/2" x 31 - 1/2" in frame with a faint "ELEY" across the top, "SPORTING" and "MILITARY" one left and right sides, and "CARTRIDGES" across bottom.. Approximately 55 shotshells, including three brass hulls and four cutaways showing stacking of shot, wads, and powder, in gauges ranging from 4 Bore to .360. Approximately 73 rounds for rifles in pistols, raging from .22 rimfire blanks all the way up to .450 Nitro Express. 4 tins of primer caps, 6 tins displaying shot sizes from 5 to 9. The primers and shot are tastefully arranged at corners while bullets and are arranged in a starburst pattern around a central "ELEY CARTRIDGES" around "EBL" trademark logo with wadding, and lines of shotgun cartridges at borders. Housed in a wooden display case suitable for hanging on a wall with plywood backing and modern hangers. CONDITION: Very good, cartridges have a pleasing patina to their brass components, cardboard components with some age related fading, and a few rubs. One brass shotgun case with white speckling. Backing is has a few tears and some water damage noticeable at top left. Wood has an extra coat of varnish with some rubs; the ELEY SPORTING MILITARY CARTRIDGES lettering has heavily faded. This is a really lovely cartridge board ready to hang!
