Lot consists of: (A) Custom damascus drop point hunter with original edge, etched with "Thourot" over "MWT" over "Napoleon, OH". Knife includes jimping on the spine for thumb purchase, polished bolsters, dovetailed dark wood handles secured with Loveless bolts. Marked no. 255. No sheath. CONDITION: Unused, with single crack at the lanyard hole on one scale, due to light handle shrinkage. (B) A beautifully designed long clip blade Bowie, featuring a mirror polished D2 steel blade (as marked) and etched with "Thourot" over "MWT" over "Napoleon, OH". The knife displays its original edge, brass guard and end bolsters, surrounding dovetailed stag handles with black liners. The knife does not include a sheath. CONDITION: As new, brass bolsters are lightly tarnished, with the stag handles showing moderate shrinkage. (C) Large double edge damascus dagger with its original edges and a hidden tang. Blade is etched "Thourot" over "MWT" over "Napoleon, OH". The stippled brass double guard is carried around the perimeter and frames the hidden tang, resulting in a brass extended pommel. Mosaic pins are set on white ivory handles. No sheath. CONDITION: Unused with light surface cracking on one scale. Mike Thourot (MWT Custom Knives) of Napoleon, Ohio has been designing and crafting knives for well over 35 years. Mr. Thourot always and continues to craft each of his knives by hand, so no two are alike. For him, knives simply are "...fun to use...fun to design, and...fun to make."
