Lot consists of: (A) A very handsome small bowie knife, with a clip point featuring a ladder pattern damascus blade of 1/4" thick stock, marked "Sakmar". The Mokume guard is accented by a stabilized quilted maple handle, with black fiber spacers and a lined lanyard hole. Very clean construction. No sheath. CONDITION: Unsharpened, as new. Mike Sakmar of Rochester, Minnesota has been making knives since 1990. (B) A beautifully crafted Subhilt fighter, this knife features a double hollow ground, mirror polished blade marked "Minnick" and M11-006 on the reverse side. The mounts are engraved on the mark side. The tapered tang holds scrimshawed Westinghouse yellow micarta scales with black spacers. The scrimshawed scene of rams in the wild are on the mark side, signed "JM". No sheath. CONDITION: Unused, with minor handling marks. Jim Minnick of Middletown, Indiana has been making knives since 1976. (C) A custom tanto with a 1/4" stock, upswept mirror finished blade, marked "Worrel" and "#94" on the reverse side. Handles are dovetailed and pinned cocobolo. No sheath. CONDITION: Used, coarsely sharpened, with blade rust and pitted. Bub Worrel of Brownsburg, Indiana has been making knives since 1995.
