This knife displays its original finish on the blade, including its original sharpened edges. There are five thin spacers below the guard: red, white, blue, white, red, with a red spacer at the buttplate. No sheath. CONDITION: While unused, there is spotting and pitting on blade, with scratches evident on both sides. The solder joint is solid with some staining. The nickel silver guard and butt plate are lightly tarnished. The stag grip has a large 1-1/2" long crack on the reverse side. (B) A vintage Model 6-9 Randall, this knife features a 3/16" stock blade with the "Randall Made, Orlando, FLA." stamp, brass pinned, finger grip stag handle and nickel silver guard. There are seven spacers below the guard: red, white, red, wide black, red, white, red. A natural and very small hole is found at the handle butt. No sheath. CONDITION: A 1950's era knife, the carbon steel blade has been cleaned and heavily buffed, all hard edges are removed with a partial loss of the Randall logo. There is evidence of significant previous pitting and scratches. There are two deep pits on the reverse side. There is a new edge on the blade, with a bit of solder loss at the guard (possibly repaired). Very minimal separation at the liners. (C) A handsome and classic Model 3-6 Hunter, featuring a carbon steel blade of 1/4" stock, a brass single guard, with Randall "extras" including a stag handle with finger grips and a brass lined lanyard hole. The blade presents its original finish, edge, and "Randall Made, Orlando, FLA." stamp. There are five thin spacers below the guard: red, white, blue, white, red. The butt of the knife includes a white (functional) Marbles compass. No sheath. CONDITION: While unused, the blade shows spotting and pitting on both sides, with four tiny nicks in the edge. The solder joint is clean. There is tarnishing on the brass guard, and a large 3-5/16" long open crack on the mark side of the handle. The compass has possibly been reglued in place, and there is an open crack in the butt of the handle from the lanyard hole to the compass. (D) A timeless Model 2-6 Fighting Stiletto, this knife has a carbon steel blade of 1/4" stock, with Randall "extras" including a nickel silver double hilt, and black micarta commando shaped handle with duraluminum buttcap. The dual-edged blade is stamped with the famous "Randall Made, Orlando, FLA." mark. The colored spacers below the guard are: red, white, wider blue, white, red. The spacers at the buttcap are: red, white, wider blue. The knife includes a rough-back baby dot sheath with original orange (unmarked) sharpening stone. CONDITION: The blade appears to have been lightly buffed, and there is some tarnishing on the guard. The pommel cap has some scratches. Some verdigris is found on the leather snaps and hold down. There is evidence that the knife has been stored in its sheath. The sheath shows light handling and use marks.
