Lot consists of: (A) A beautifully detailed, large clip point bowie of stainless steel, the blade is mirror polished and marked "R.W. Trabbic, Maker". The oblong fluted wood handle features abalone collars, a ribbon engraved oval guard and flared butt cap. The blade is tilted to right when held in the hand. No sheath. CONDITION: As new and unused. R.W. Trabbic of Toledo, Ohio has been making knives since 1973. (B) A classic design, this mirror polished, hollow ground clip Bowie features deep engraving on both sides, including the brass guard. The blade is marked "Lampson" over "IXOYE" over "Fruita, Colorado" within the outline of a fish (or ichthys). The crown stag handle utilizes an amber collar. No sheath. CONDITION: The blade is unused, in as-new condition. The amber collar shows a few cracks, and the stag is cracked at the top of the handle. Frank Lampson of Fruita, Colorado created knives for 22 years, from 1974-1996. (C) A beautifully made, small clip point hunter, that is hollow ground and mirror polished. The knife features engraved bolsters, a tapered tang, fileworked spine, and green dyed burl wood handles with nickel silver pins. A very well made knife. No sheath. CONDITION: As new and unused. Joe DeWitt of Ocala, Florida handcrafted very high quality knives for almost 40 years, until his passing in 2014. (D) A smaller sized drop point hunter, this unique custom knife features a deeply engraved blade and bolsters on both sides. The makers stylized mark of "Shostle" is marked on the blade. The full-length tang is lined with handles made up of pakkawood, which is bonded in place. No sheath. CONDITION: As new and unused. Ben Shostle of Muncie, Indiana created knives for over 40 years. (E) This drop point hunter has been hand forged from a file, and is marked "JFR". The steel bolsters are engraved, and the handles are pinned hardwood scales. No sheath. CONDITION: The blade appears used and pitted, and there are cracks in the handles. JFR, unknown maker.
