Stevens & Williams cameo vase by J. Millward has wheel-carved white flowers, stems, and leaves surrounding the bulbous body. The vase is further decorated with carved white collar and lip with a banner dropping from the collar. Each banner is carved through the white to blue, forming a stylized flower pattern. All against a delicate martele blue background. Signed on the underside "J. MILLWARD NO. 7". Very good to excellent condition.
